Summer 2026 UCOP Spirit Fair Vendor Application

July 31, 2026 - 4 pm to 7 pm | August 1, 2026 - 10 am to 7 pm | Please have your space fully set up at least 15 minutes before the fair begins at which time we will also gather for a brief meditation and intention-setting prior to the start of the event each day.

Fair hours are the following:
July 31, 2026 - 4 pm to 7 pm. Set up will be from 2-4 pm.

Doors open for vendors at 8:30 am on August 1, 2026.
August 1, 2026 - 10 am to 7 pm. Takedown will be from 7-8 pm.

Round or rectangular table and 2 chairs will be provided. Please bring table covering.

Table fee: $125

Approved vendors will receive a follow up email with payment link.
